Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 28, 2026 Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to certiacademy.com and to United States-facing websites, apps, reservations, accounts, and exam-preparation products operated by CertiAcademy Corp that link to these Terms. By using a service or purchasing access, you agree to the version presented to you at that time. Product-specific terms displayed before purchase form part of the agreement and prevail if they expressly differ from these general Terms.

3. Educational service and independence
CertiAcademy provides independent educational and exam-preparation services. We are not a government agency, licensing authority, examination provider, insurer, insurance agency, law firm, medical provider, or financial adviser. Our services do not replace official licensing requirements, required education, professional advice, or information from the competent authority. Users remain responsible for checking current eligibility, application, course, fingerprinting, examination, and licensing requirements.
4. Early-access reservations
An early-access reservation is non-binding. It does not create a purchase, payment obligation, guaranteed launch date, guaranteed place, or entitlement to a product. We use the submitted information to record the request and contact the requester about availability. A contract for paid access is created only through the checkout or app-store process presented at purchase.
5. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use your account only as permitted. Unless a team or organization license expressly allows multiple users, access is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
6. Products, prices, payment, and taxes
The product, access period, included languages or exams, price, currency, taxes, renewal status, and other material terms are shown before purchase. A reservation page does not collect payment. Eligible web purchases may be processed by Creem; purchases in Apple or Google apps are processed by the applicable app store. The payment provider or app store may issue the receipt and apply its own payment, tax, refund, and account rules in addition to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Digital access
Paid access begins as stated at checkout or after the relevant provider confirms the purchase. Access is limited to the purchased product and period. Availability on particular devices, operating systems, or stores may change for technical or platform reasons. Where supported, account-based progress may synchronize across authorized devices; offline availability is limited to functions and content made available for offline use.
8. Pass Protection or Pass Guarantee
A product described as Pass Protection or Pass Guarantee does not promise that a user will pass an examination and does not reimburse examination, licensing, course, travel, or lost-income costs. It provides only the additional access expressly described in the product-specific conditions shown before purchase. Eligibility requirements, required learning activity, evidence, time limits, exclusions, and the extension period are governed by those displayed product-specific conditions.
9. Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, record, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or systematically extract questions, explanations, software, or other content.
Do not share personal access, bypass access controls, manipulate progress or purchase status, probe security, introduce malicious code, or use automation that burdens or extracts from the service.
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or misrepresent licensing or examination status.
10. Intellectual property and license
CertiAcademy and its licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, software, design, learning systems, questions, explanations, graphics, and other protected materials. A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the purchased product for its intended educational purpose during the access period. No ownership right is transferred.
11. Content, sources, and updates
We design content using official outlines, published rules, and subject-matter review, but examination requirements, laws, provider procedures, and official materials can change. We may correct, replace, reorganize, or update content to maintain accuracy and learning value. Unless expressly stated, questions are preparation materials and are not represented as confidential or verbatim live examination questions.
12. Service availability and changes
We work to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, device limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We may modify functions where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or improvement without removing the core paid access without an appropriate remedy.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected fraud or account sharing, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Rights that by their nature survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided for educational purposes on an “as available” basis. No particular examination result, license, appointment, employment, income, sales result, or business outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertiAcademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or data, arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not limit liability that cannot be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.
16. Third-party services
Payment providers, app stores, hosting providers, official agencies, and linked third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. CertiAcademy is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, examinations, licensing actions, or availability.
17. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by Florida law to the extent permitted by law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or a forum that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The revised version and date will be posted here. A material change affecting existing paid access will be communicated when required by law and will not retroactively remove rights already acquired without a lawful basis.
